Jenny Greenteeth

Jenny Greenteeth:
is a figure in English folklore. It's an old woman in a river, similar to a Peg Powler or a grindylow, that draws children or the elderly near water and drowns them. She is often described as a green-skinned old woman with long hair and sharp teeth. It is called Jinny Greentooth in Lancashire, although in Cheshire and Shropshire it is also known by the names of Ginny Greentooth, Jeannie Greentooth, Wicked Jenny or Peg o 'Nell.
